"Every month I will draw a name of one buyer who will be sent a special gift. All you have to do to qualify is be one of the buyers for the month to have your name entered in the draw. I will contact you to let you know you have been entered and if you win."

Am I allowed to offer this to my buyers? Let's say I get ten buyers for the month of April. Am I allowed to draw one of their names and send them a free gift?

I thought it would be fun, but don't want to get banned either.
