Two Invoices From eBay... again

I got 2 invoices from eBay for April... again. It also happend last December: one in US$, the other in CAD$. The US one has the exact same amount I paid for a "promoted listing fee" last month on an item that sold under this tool.

Why is eBay charging me in CAD $ and the credit it in US $? Are they aware it's no use for me in US $ since I always pay my eBay bills in CAD $? Or is that the point? Giving us credit but not really giving them?

This is highly frustrating, and I apologize for this experience in advance.

Unfortunately, however, I have to give the advice I usually do with invoice issues--which is to call Customer Service. Billing and math in general are weak points of mine; I would inadvertently make an absolute mockery of the issue by even trying to sort it out. But CS deals with this type of issue every day and they are the experts where billing is concerned.
