Impossible to create a sale

Hi everyone,

since we have been updated to Seller Hub, I can't create a sale. The message says: 

"We ran into a problem, but we're working on it. Please try later."

Somebody else has the same issue?

yes the other night, it took me 3 tries to get a sale to launch..  also the new update says at some point( i don't recall the exact date) in June you will no longer be able to put something on sale unless it has been posted for 14 days, so maybe this is tied into the possible explanations..

Hi...

Had the same problem. Tried on eBay.ca & eBay.com.

The problem was that ebay kept pushing me back to.ca

I found the trick. Just before you click select items make sure your address at the top is .com

refresh with eBay.com and you will then be able to create a sale.
