DSR for late shipping

How long do dsrs for late shipping effect you defect rate. Are they removed after a certain period of time or do they stay forever. I received a couple during the postal strike and it is going to lower me to above standard from top rated.

Maybe dsr is the wrong description. What is about to affect my top rated status is late shipment rate.

Don't worry about it.

Most buyers don't know what DSRs are and at any rate they are not used by eBay to assess your selling account.

Neither, by the way, is feedback.

FB can be used by members.

Although most buyers seem to think that 90% is still an A, given how many truly terrible sellers stay in business.

Most useful is the Left For Others category, which often shows the member's true colours.
