How long do dsrs for late shipping effect you defect rate. Are they removed after a certain period of time or do they stay forever. I received a couple during the postal strike and it is going to lower me to above standard from top rated.

Hi @mcdee3! Late Shipments incurred by the CPC labour dispute should be protected if you have tracking that proves they were shipped within the impacted time frame.
Just as an aside, however, I would double check your seller performance page to see why you didn't meet the qualifications if you are going to lose Top Rated. If your yearly sales numbers drop below the 100 transaction and $1000 amount limits you would be moved to Above Standard as those are the minimums for the program.
