Deleting old listings and keeping a record

I need the ability to see which listings are older than a certain time, the ability to delete them en masse and I need a record of which listings were deleted.  Is this possible?  I've not been able to determine it.

Sorting listings by start date is easy to do if you're using Seller Hub to manage your selling activities. Both the active and ended listing pages include a "Start Date" column. Clicking on the column header causes the list to sort by start date, sometimes it takes 10 seconds or more for the system to reorder the listings so be prepared for a delayed response. Clicking the column header a second time reverses the sort order.

Personally I try to avoid having active BIN listings much older than a year. What I do is end them first, then from the unsold list I use "Sell Similar" to return them to "Active" status. This method "erases" the old ebay ID # giving them a fresh ID # and a new start date. In the past ebay has had a policy of sometimes deleting "old" listings.

I never delete an ended listing unless it's been returned to active status either by relisting or sell similar.

You could also, and much more permanently, make your own spreadsheets, recording all your purchases and costs as well as listing dates, selling dates, and anything else you want.

There is a lot of useful information that eBay would never see.

And recording your purchases and other costs is useful for calculating your tax deductions.
