Fedex Charges for Shipping Labels

I recently tried out using FedEx labels to ship some items (mostly to the US). However, I have not been charged anything for these labels. They have told me the costs, but have never seen any changes come through for those purchases. I contacted ebay and they say FedEx has their own billign cycle and that those charges will come eventually, ..but when does that happen? Anybody know?

I'm not 100% certain but I think that you are billed once the package has been delivered.

Yeah that is what I have been told, but I used a label back on June 15th and still no charge. I think I will stop using Fedex until it is clearer on some of these things.

Update, after this post, ebat charged me for most of the fedex labels that were used. It seems what they say they charge you when you purchase the label is different from what they actually charge you. Some times it is $3 dollars more somes times it is a bit less...not sure why (tax, Canadian conversion, or what) because they don't give any explanation other than a charge.
