First time seller, do I ship now or wait till banking information is verified?

I just set up my ebay account yesterday and I already got a buyer for two of my listings. Currently I am still waiting to confirm my banking information and I am wondering if i should wait till I can confirm it before shipping or wait a few days to see if I can confirm my banking information and then ship it.

Another question is should I ship my item with tracking even though it was listed and sold with letter mail shipping? Because in the funds on hold section it says

"This helps us confirm that the buyer does not have any issues with the order. Please make sure to upload your tracking details to avoid any delays."

So I am not sure.

PS - Is that "super rare" card correctly priced at $3.00? Or did you miss a decimal point?

Your buyer has paid and this has been confirmed by eBay

You ship.

You can buy a shipping label through eBay even without your information being confirmed, and this is also a rough confirmation of that payment.

Even when you are confirmed, eBay holds payments from new sellers for 21 days against customer satisfaction.

Use tracking, it's expensive but it helps.Small Packet USA is not tracked.
