Getting paid.

I sold some items on eBay in September and have yet to be paid for them. eBay has had those funds since Sept. 26.

Since that time I have spent over 50 hours on the phone trying to get to find out what the problem is but to no avail.

has this happened to else?

Has anyone had to sue eBay to get their money?

Is there anyone in the community that can tell me where the nearest small claims court is to the eBay headquarters is?

We are talking about almost 800.00 US in sales

Have you set up a Managed Payments account?

You need a checking account.

With a Canadian bank.

You can use one carried in US dollars or in Canadian, but only one.

You don't need to supply your SIN, but you will need to identify yourself. I used my passport, DH used his driving license. The micro-deposits don't work.

Stay away from the phones, which are run by minimum wage, under trained, subcontractors in Utah. Go for the FaceBook or Chat eBay employees, who have some authority.

And you get a transcript, so you can see if what you were told is what you think you were told.
