I've looked throughout these forums and on a wild goose chase. I've gone thru the ridiculous selling on ebay youtube tutorial that does not cover this information. This is absolute nonsense that Ebay does not provide any instrcutions to get the Fed Ex shipping HS tariff code!!! Nothing relevant when I google for this info either. How am I expected to ship in a timely manner if your process is not straight forward for your buyers to use?!
Bonus tool from Global Post for anyone who would like a back up. At times the CP tool can be a bit finicky when it comes to specific keywords. This one works like a charm so added it to eBay bookmarks in hub to keep handy.

The HS code isn't specific to FedEx, it is code used when you fill out any custom form that requires it. The HS codes on the CP link that Lotz gave you will work.

There are multiple sites for getting the HS code but majority just use the Canadapost. Fairly straight forward. Just make sure your item is acceptable to ship and meets CP rules for exporting.
