The customer has paid?
Have you shipped?
If you have not shipped just Cancel the order as "Buyer Request"- the reason is important!
Go to->My eBay - top right of page
Go to-> Selling
Go to->Orders->Awaiting Payment-> dropdown-> Cancel Order
Or if you have shipped;
Paid and shipped->on the right ->Paid and Shipped->Send Refund.
But that doesn't get the item back.

You can tell them to open a Not As Described dispute.
You will be told to send return* shipping.
When the item is returned, you refund IMMEDIATELY.
This ends the transaction (except for eBay's 30c service fee).
*No Returns does not mean No Refunds.
You can demand the return before refunding, even if you have a No Refunds policy.
