Go to Active Listings.

While it is often faster , eBay can take 24 hours to "index" new listings and have them appear.

This is longest with new sellers, sellers with a lot of Defects, and sellers of highvalue/high fraud items.

Without your checking account information, eBay cannot transfer payments to your bank.

You will also be asked for secondary confirmation of identification. I used my passport, DH his driving license.

And your customer payments will be Held for 30 days pending customer satisfaction.

This goes on for some time.
Until you've been selling for 90 days and sold 25 items your payments will be held until tracking shows delivered, or in 21 days if there's no tracking. They can hold the payment for the full 21 days if you're selling in a high risk category. 

You can use the Held funds to buy shipping labels.
