I experienced a glitch with the eBay mobile app.
A customer purchased multiple items in one purchase. I clicked 'mark as shipped' which claims to mark all the items in the order as shipped. The eBay app failed to do so, and even though, it said on my profile that I had marked both items as shipped (even on the PC site too), I got dinged for overdue shipment. Could someone at eBay please look into this and correct this for me? Thanks

What do you mean by getting dinged for overdue shipment?  If you are saying that eBay has a notice on that item that the shipping is overdue, that alone doesn't affect you.  Or, are you referring to getting a late shipment ding?   

Marking an item as shipped doesn't do anything other than letting the buyer know you have shipped an item.  If you enter tracking and tracking is scanned during your handling time OR scanned as delivered by the estimated delivery date, you won't get a late shipment.

If there is no tracking, the only way you can get a late shipment mark is if when the buyer checks off in feedback that the item didn't arrive by the estimated delivery date.   If there is no tracking and you received a late shipping mark, that is what happened.  It wasn't caused by a glitch.
