I put a bid on a item, the seller cancelled the item before the end date, is he violating any agreements?

can a seller cancel an item before the end day if there was  a bid put in ?

Hi chess.. As frustrating as that may be there is nothing to prevent a seller from ending a listing. Just can't do in the final 12 hours.
