I recently sold an item and then received a second chance offer to try and resell it to the next bidder? Does this mean there is an issue.

Sold an item then received a second chance offer to try ans resell to the next bidder. Did not receive any notification the orginal buyer was no longer interested in purchasing the item.Is this normal?

Because many sellers, especially of "new'" items will have multiples, this is a default.

It even shows up if you have multiple bidders on an auction featuring a vintage, one-of-a-kind item.

If you have a second one, you can make an offer to the underbidder. If not just ignore it.

Second chance is available for auctions with multiple bidders but not to be used unless more an one item or at the end of an unpaid item dispute..
