My username Jamal100, the buyer unreasonably accuses me and this does not justify him. my product is high quality original
I spoke politely to the buyer.
The buyer left me bad feedback without explanation.
I have all positive feedback from buyers and sellers.
please review the bad buyer review and delete it

This is a user forum. We are buyers and sellers like you. We can’t remove feedback but I can tell you even if you contacted eBay support they aren’t going to remove it

You sold an item.

The buyer left a negative feedback.

Do NOT respond to the feedback. It will not help.

You can send them a Message "I regret you are unhappy with your purchase. Please return it for a refund."

Even if you have a No Returns policy, you still must make Refunds.

Did the buyer open a Not As Described dispute?
If not,  eBay will not punish you for anything.

You keep the money.

But

If he opens a Dispute/Claim, you must immediately send him a Return Shipping Label.

If you do not, you will lose both the item and the payment.

 

Just in case, since English does not seem to be your first language.
