I sold an expensive item via promoted listings, buyer asked for cancellation soon after, order cancelled. All selling fees are refunded back but promotion fee is still showing charged in transactions.
It will be refunded later on. Before MP it was shown as a credit on your monthly statement. I'm not sure how they do it now but it will be credited to you at some point.
