This was posted by me on another forum - I was wondering if anyone has experienced the same problem and how did you resolve it?
WOW I am completely miffed at Paypal right now. A bank reversal was charged to my paypal account 2 days after an item was purchased by a customer. Of course the item was sent right away (the same day payment was received) to a confirmed address. Customer leaves positive feedback about 10 days later. She is very happy with the item! So in the mean time I have to prove to paypal that the parcel was sent - I upload all the documentation and I have sent 2 notes in the resolution center stating that the customer has received the item.
Well Paypal reverses the payment, refunds the customer stating that I didn't meet the Seller Protection Plan!!
Are you kidding me!!!
Where can I take this up?
Gosh sorry for the rant.
I was advised to call the customer to try and work out another payment option...which was helpful but what if your calls and emails are unanswered. I even tried to file an unpaid item but because the customer did pay and the payment was reversed I can't file a claim. This is very frustrating for a sale of $26. I have read that I'm pretty much SOL.
