Ebay/Canada Post Shipping Label - not credited after 2 weeks

Hi all.  I have sold a lot on ebay but not much recently.  In the past when I purchased a shipping label via ebay shipping it would either come off my available funds or out of my bank account within a few days.  But I sold an item a couple of weeks ago, used ebay shipping, item has arrived safely and still no sign of the funds being taken.  Confused? Has something changed?

Something has changed. The new consistency is there is no consistency. They used to process in 36 to 48 hours. Now they are all over the map. I am missing one from over 2 weeks ago. A couple I processed last weekend still haven't made an appearance. There have been a few others making similar reports. Maybe the new normal is for them to piterpater to us at their convenience? Hmmm  🙂

Parcel shipped USA tracked Aug 30th. Delivered Sept 11. Label charged Sept 20th. 21 days does seem a bit strange.
