I am not satisfied with my purchase and would like to return them. I cannot believe you sell items like this. You took $35.14 from my account which I want returned to me. You can issue a check or put the money back .Please inform me as how I can return this item to its rightful owner.

By the way, I say 'a lot' but keep in mind that eBay processes over 140 million transactions a day worldwide, and we see similar questions a couple of times a week.
