Please can someone tell me why all of a sudden the app for shipping displays only letter mail as my shipping option ? I can not list or revise any of my items. When I list an item and I mark the measurements and the weight and I click on shipping I get letter mail or do I have to mark false shipping cost. I never had trouble like this before and I have been with Ebay from 2003 . If I do not know the Postal Code  or ZIP Code from a buyer how can I give a shipping cost. Why did Ebay take out the easy and fast way and mixed up most of the small sellers.  If I put a shipping cost the way Ebay changed it and I mark down, for example $ 15.00 shipping, what if  the post office charges me $ 25.00 to mail the parcel ..... Who will pay the difference ,,,Ebay or the buyer or me ??  If it is me why should I sell on Ebay ?? THIS NEW SYSTEM THAT EBAY CREATED IS THE MOST TERRIBLE  THING THAT EVER HAPPENED BESIDES THE FEES AND TAXES THEY ARE CHARGING US.

It is a glitch that some other sellers are experiencing but I don't know when it will be fixed. This is not the way the new listing form normally works.

@baron0013 There have been some reports that eBay created default shipping policies for a lot of sellers and those may be messing with the shipping options that are being shown. Try going under business policies in the seller hub (I'm not sure where it is on mobile) and review any shipping policies you have there. It's at least worth a shot.
