Shipping info lost in listings

I list on eBay.ca in CAD

I keep getting messages saying "why don't you ship to my location?" This can be from anybody anywhere - Canada/US/Worldwide - but I ship to all locations. 

eBay is loosing my shipping info (and some other stuff) from a lot my listings. The eBay customer service said only that I would need to relist them all in the new format - that does not work either (not to mention that I have 2500 listings - substantial amount of work).

Is anyone else experiencing  this?

Hi @historymakingames - are your listings set up to be flat rate or calculated?

If you are using Calculated Shipping, you'll want to make sure that the dimensions you input meet at least the minimum requirements for the services you're using. Can you share the dimensions, weight and services you've stipulated in your listings?

Thanks Tyler, but all my listings have worked before using the calculated system, but many of them have now lost the shipping info. When I revise them, they show blank entries where the shipping info was put.
