Hey there. I haven't been on here for awhile. I finally decided to sell a few items and listed a few today. I sold a Masterpiece doll within minutes of listing it. In trying to find the buyers address I have noticed that the phone number wasn't provided. When using the online customs forms, a phone number is needed or the form won't go through. Every time I do an advanced search to find buyer information I am told " this feature has been deprecated" What!!! What does that mean? I know I can send the doll if I fill out the forms at the post office with out the phone number but it is much easier to fill out the forms online and print them up. With out a phone number this isn't possible.
You can also find the phone number by logging into your PayPal account and clicking on the transaction details.
