Ok selling my item was quiet easy so why is it now that its time to withdraw my funds after selling my item im getting the complete run around. Wheres the withdraw button anyone with any begginers advice please it could be very helpful Ebay for dummies 101

Have you set up your Managed Payments account?
EBay will need your chequing account information and secondary ID, like a passport or driving license.

And all your names must match.
If your name is John Jacob Jingleheimer Smith, you cannot have a bank account as J J  Jingleheimer Smith , a Managed Payment account as John Jacob Jingleheimer Smith, and an eBay account as JJJ Smith.

Now eBay can transfer the customer's payment to your checking account.

But

Until you've been selling for 90 days and sold 25 items your payments will be held until tracking shows delivered, or in 21 days if there's no tracking. They can hold the payment for the full 21 days if you're selling in a high risk category.
