what happens when the wrong shipping price shows up on the envoice

i had an item for sale the shipping was 11.83 on the listing and it showed up on the envoice 3.99 the customer allready pd i cant possiblly ship this item at 3.99

I looked at one of your sold items and it showed $3.99 to the US and $12 to Canada. Maybe you meant to have it the other way around but that is the way you listed it and $3.99 is all the buyer is expected to pay.

You had more than one of your ended listings with shipping to the US less than shipping to Canada. I assume that was not intentional.
