My shipping address is correct

A buyer recently sent a refund package to my prior address!
How do I fix the refund shipping address?

If it has been shipped, there is not much you can do.

Parcels can be recalled, but I believe there is a charge to the sender (your already unhappy buyer) for this.

You could physically go to the old address, and explain your problem to the new tenants.

Ask them to contact you when the parcel arrives and then go and pick it up.

A small present for their cooperation would not go amiss. Chocolate is usually appreciated.
