eBay will release the funds when they are completely satisfied all is well...funds can be held up to 30 days regardless of whether item(s) has(have) been successfully delivered/feedback left, etc...it is at eBay's discretion when funds are released, and generally speaking, eBay will notify you that your funds are ready for deposit to bank account.
