Seller: item is his after I asked if selling for someone else. Asked if item good working condition seller says: "I don't know"

Think seller selling defective item. No way to report to Ebay?

My point was more than once I've come across Sellers that when you ask" "Is the item yours or are you selling for someone else?"

They (Seller) answers: "The item is mine"

So I ask: "Is it in good working condition?"

Sellers answer: "I don't know"

Is this not obvious fraudulant behavior?

I also have an issue or concern with Retailers on Ebay. Guess what that is?

Hi xpy.. You're right , ebay will not sanction a seller based on what one suspects.

Ebay's sanctioning how occurs based on buyer feedback and particularly , the leaving of low detailed seller ratings(stars).

Avoid that seller.
