Want to open selling from Canada to Australia

Hi, I already sell in Canada and the US but I don't understand how to modify my shipping cost for customer in Australia.  I filled Canada part, US part.  I'm puzzle where can I fill the shipping cost for Australia.

You should be able to add another shipping option in the international shipping section. Then you can specify Australia by choosing a custom location.
