Why do my listings say Free 4 Day Shipping, when the shipping service I chose shows 1-5 Business Day

I've recently decided to switch all of my listing to Free Shipping, however I noticed that all of my listings now show "Free 4 Day Shipping".

I just checked the shipping options I chose for Canada and the US, and I do use Expedite for most of my shipments but it clearly states that the shipping time is 1 to 5 business days. 

What will happen if the item arrives later than that? It seems that it will fall on me, the seller, if the buyer doesn't get it by the date eBay is showing them.. Should I choose a slower delivery service for all of my listings to cover myself? I put Expedite to attract buyers but I'm starting to think this may not be the best way to go.

Anyone who has some insight into this or has had the same issue, could you please let me know what you have done?

When you have free shipping and the estimated delivery time to that area is less than 4 business days, eBay will show that to buyers just in your area.  I'm in Alberta and I can't see that on your listing unless I change my postal code to one in Quebec.  

It's interesting how they say 4 day shipping but since the arrival time to Montreal as April 22, it must be 4 business days.
