feedback multiple items

For the last 3 weeks or so we have not been able to leave feedback for customers that have purchased multiple items. We can only leave feedback for those that have purchased single items. When we try to leave feedback for multiple items we get a msg from Ebay that "they have run into a problem and try again".I callled customer support and 10 days ago and said its their glitch and it will be fixed within 24 hrs.

Well we are now heading into week 4. Has anyone else experienced this? and is there a work a round I can try. Very frustrating.

I found that page again.

Go to site map and scroll down to find "Leave feedback for a member or transaction".

You can leave your multiple feedbacks for your buyers.

As of today the "old way" is working again, at least for me.....

I have the same problem a few weeks ago.

I managed to leave feedbacks on another page..a feedback page.

Now I needed it again and cannot find that page again.

Can you leave feedback for even just one of the multiple order?

FWIW only one will count on your customer's FB score.
