i registered with ebay to sell, how to i tell ebay what bank account to send payouts
You have to sign up for Managed Payments which requires a chequing account at a Canadian bank. This page might help. https://www.ebay.ca/help/selling/fees-credits-invoices/setting-changing-automatic-payment-method/upd...
I'm hoping you can help me out where eBay online support has failed, as you seem to be quite knowledgeable...
Long story short...
When setting up a first-time account on .CA, I opted for an Individual account--same as on .COM. I was never given an option to change the currency to USD, and my research tells me it's because I did not select Business. I'm now trying to rectify that via Personal Information, but when I get to Payment Details, the Change Payment Details hyperlink briefly 'flashes' and that's it. It's not allowing me the option to switch to USD.
I've now spent HOURS trying to resolve this with eBay... to no avail. I finally got an agent willing to put in a ticket. My guess, however, is they won't be able to resolve it because once the currency is set, meaning the default for Individual is CAD, there's no way to change it to USD, even when switching to Business, which is supposed to provide the option.
Am I right here? And my best bet is to close this account and register again with a different email address?
Thanks for your time, assuming you see this comment.
