my paypal account is locked & limited .paypal told me it is over , i can not neither use my account nor open a new paypal account !!!!  how can i sell on ebay ? .. thanks in advance for your answer

Did you actually go to your Paypal account and see that or did you

receive a Spam email from someone claiming to be Paypal asking you

for your paypal account number and password.

not spam , it is long story paypal limit my account .. this morning i called them the answer was my account is permanently limit &locked .... can i sell on ebay without using paypal ?!by the way i am in canada

Looks like you will not be able to sell on ebay then

because you have to offer paypal as a payment option.
