I never seen so much problems with my account. Everything peachy until Shippo started implementing changes or forceable changes. For instance, why is shippo restricting my CPC SMB account to only ebay orders? Practically hijacked this account so I cannot do any calculations for anything, whether for shipping returns or for potential buyers. So I tried the new fangle manual setup. SMB account still won't show the rates. I had manual setup done for my UPS one months ago, and it still doesn't show the discounted rates and poof - later on, the account disappeared completely from the list.
all the support I got from emails haven't solved one bit. One agent mentioned adding that UPS account back on. Pffff, nothing was done.
Oh, now the orders are not syncing at all.
