For some reason the wrong sales tax amount seems to show up on certain invoices.  The total invoice is correct but the amount showing is wrong. It does not seem to happen on all invoices only for some Provinces. I have been correcting the invoice but it does not look to professional.   Anyone else have this problem. ... View more

Have been buying for years and have never ran into this before. Click on "buy now" button for one particular item and it dissapears leaving me on item description with no buy now or add to cart???. Hi I didn't list on ebay for a while now and back then we had a ME page tag beside our name that lead to an about me page.  Since I came back I learned that the ME page is no more.  My problem is the ME tag is still there and it leads to a dead end page here https://members.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewUserPage&userid=123lestere  How can I get rid of this ME link from my listings now? I have sent inquiries on twitter @AskeBay and @eBay.ca  but nothing yet as well as eBay for business on Face Book and on another thread.  I list on .ca and .com. All my .ca calculated shipping no longer works properly - it is shows NOTHING for anything other than Canada. No shipping options are shown for USA at all. And no, I have not changed my shipping profiles or calculations on my 900+ GTC listings on .ca. This is a programming error "glitch". This is not isolated. I have been in eBay groups and most Canadian sellers are being effected by this. This is not ok.  My Sales have gone down dramatically this past week. So How long has this been happening?   Please can someone look into this or fix this. It is bad enough as a seller I had to hand change over 800 listings by hand last year because of a known shipping glitch that no one at eBay would fix. That glitch btw is that you must choose your shipping preferences for other than domestic on .ca as 1) USA and any USA shipping options and then 2) International. IF you do it in the order of 1) International then 2) specific you get a full error code and no one can purchase. I do hope that is fixed for others. Since I'm primarily interested in rare first editions of books it presents a step backwards that eBay has removed the options selections which allow collectors to refine their search. If I want to review review the 16th century 1st edition of a book it used to be efficient to simple select the parameters to refine the filter. What am I supposed to do now? In all  items which I sold in November in Order Detail status of shipment - "delivered" on the same day which I sent the packages. Shipped on November 20  - status - " delivered" on November 20. What is this - is this Glitch of software?   Probably this is the reason why eBay refunded money to buyer  for items that is in transit,  with tracking number. I dont't know what can I do, because ebay closed case in buyer favor and deleted all information about the case.  Buyer opened case on second day after I promptly shipped the item. Few weeks ago i had someone ask me for a shipping quote to the US is when i realized the shipping calculator was not generating results for Canada Post to the US.   Thought they fixed it but it happened again today and i see more/all my listings all of a sudden have the same problem. Is anyone else having an issue using the site due to 3 autoplay video ads at the bottom of most pages (summary, search, etc.)?   I cannot close these with Ad Choice. They render the pages unusable. I can't scroll back up the page as it keeps bouncing me back down to these ads at the bottom of the page. All of my browsers are up to date (use Safari on Mac).   Ads are for Red Bull, Cetaphil, some Canadian life planning **bleep**... it's beyond irritating. Whenever I go to see my Watch List I can only see about 5 to maybe 8 items I am watching with pictures. The rest of them are all blacked out. And I keep on getting this pop up at the top of my page where it says "A WEB PAGE IS SLOWING DOWN YOUR BROWSER. WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE TO DO? On the right hand side it says STOP IT or WAIT???   It only does it on my ebay watch page, not on my selling page and also nowhere else I go on the internet. Getting very frustrating.
