Hello,
Ever since changing my eBay username, I am unable to access my message on the ebay.ca website (I can still access via mobile app).
When I try to access, it always gives the same below error.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

The problem may be related to the recent username change.
Try signing out of eBay fully, then signing back in. That may allow the changes to propagate completely.
If that does not help, try using another browser; if that works better, try clearing cache and eBay cookies in the original browser.

As of 8-7-2025 floorp browser and Yandex browser are not working with eBay messages. ebay.ca works with these browsers though. No problems with chrome browser using ebay.com

I think, as eburtonlab says, that it is because of your new user name.
Are you trying to access the messages from Sellers Hub? What if instead of under Selling, you tried from My Summary portion, go to "My eBay", then the messages link on the left side (instead of the right side top you see from most other website pages.
At least you can still access it from the app so that's good but I know I prefer the desktop/website version whenever I'm home.
