Yuck hate the mail around this season, I noticed that on a INR claim the refund option on  PP is gone, I contacted buyer no response.  What happens now how do I even  refund even if get a defect?   I realize have to wait but did try to get info from buyer?Thanks

Was the claim opened through ebay or Paypal?

If it was opened on ebay there should be a refund link when you go into the inr claim.
