Items missing from my purchase history??

Why do the items disappear from my purchase history long before I get the item? How else can I keep track of what is outstanding?

I have 8 -10 items outstanding but no way to check on them

If it has been longer than 60 days you have to change the time to 2017.  

Has it been longer than that? If so, you should open an item not received claim.  You can do that with eBay for up to 30 days after the last estimated arrival date.

If you still don't see info on the transactions in eBay and you paid through PayPal, the info should be on PP.  You should be able to file a claim there for up to 180 days after the purchase date.
