New user account suspended - No idea why and not getting any info from support.. What next?

In short:
I'm a new seller, I've sold 1 thing and listed about 10 items. I've been listing for about 2 weeks.

Today after listing a few new in box cosmetics (Hair dye, from what I understand this is fine under the cosmetics policy as it's new. I found them in a clearance aisle..) my account was suddenly banned, with an email saying to contact support.
Support just said I'm permanently banned and they can't tell me why.
I called in, but was told the accounts team only works via email and I'd be sent an email after the call - No such email came so I'm kinda stuck. I will call in again tomorrow but trying to figure out what to do in the meantime.

Beyond the money aspect I've  basically spent every bit of free time in the past 2 months thinking or working on my plan for trying to start selling on ebay, I'm feeling very lost and confused, any suggestions on what to do next?

You phoned?
Bad idea.

The phone reps are subcontractors with little training and no authority.

 

Instead use Chat (which is written in spite of the name) FaceBook or Twitter.

Those are actual employees with some authority.
