No, it is not possible, feedback is left for a transaction, if no transaction takes place, there is no opportunity to leave feedback,,  it is possible to send the seller a message without buying something, just click on ask seller a question..

Feedback is only available for transactions.

But if you want to leave a "review" of a product that is possible without a transaction (which strikes me as silly, but...).

However, that review will attach to EVERY listing of that product, so if you want to say that myfavouriteseller was gracious in explaining that the frazzejammer2033 would not be suitable for your situation, every time someone offers a frazzejammer2033 your review would be there, discouraging purchases.

I guess it would be okay on One Of A Kind collectibles.
