See the attached image. I can't click anything, nothing changes when I try to access a support/contact us via other items/issues. I have no idea what to do in this situation or why it's occurring.
I will add also that I have tried on multiple browsers and also on the app with the exact same result.
My guess is they are absolutely swarmed/drowning with questions since the recent roll out of the new eIS program and it's caused some kind of internal breakdown. From what I've been reading it's been a rough ride.
