Does anyone know how to reach a ebay customer service representative? Have tried via website and no luck. Dead lnks etc. Please assist.Thank you

Ask your question here , without naming the member you are having problems with.

The Help and Contact link will eventually giv e you a PIN and phone number to talk to an underpaid and poorly trained customer rep.

 

If you have not been Paid, open an Unpaid Item Dispute.

If your purchase has not been received open an Item Not Received Dispute.

Both are available through the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page.

The RC robots are very efficient , but the busybodies posters here will happily give you advice in negotiating the system.

Most of the links are to robotic services which deal with basic problems like non-delivery, unpaid items, items that are not as described.

If you are having that sort of problem, the robots do a fast efficient job of dealing with them.

If your problem is with billing or other account problems you would use the same link, but it takes about four clicks to get the phone option which in turn gives you the PIN number you will need.

 

And discussing your problem here often gives perspective from experienced eBayers both buyers and (mostly) sellers.
