Didnt get my call back like I was supposed to, So I called back again
today and of course I got a nonsense reply from another agent supposdly
in the payment department that IT is looking into it blah blah blah, no
timeline to fix, no the payment cant...
Also just spoke with the payments department via the chat. They wanted
to end the chat right away when I gave them my payment number and said
they can only speak further via email.
Don't know if it is a coincidence or not but I woke up to back charges
from a user who had nothing but positive things to say about me in the
feedback almost 3 months ago. He has showed me screenshots of his
account and everything looks good, really ...

fix, they advised more people to reach out so their usernames can be
added to the support ticket.
