Hi all, I came across a listing with terms that I find troubling (to say the least).The Seller has included the following in # 281264988011, "PLEASE NOTE: THIS PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE PAYPAL & EBAY FEES" What "Paypal and eBay fees" is this Seller talk...

Why am I being asked to sign in twice?

Hi all, For the last two weeks each time I sign in I'm asked to sign in a second time. Is there a glitch somewhere in the eBay system? Thanks in advance for your help.
