Hi folks.
I've noticed on some instances when leaving FeedBack for Sellers (the ratings part) that unless I contact the Seller first before leaving the FeedBack it does not allow me to leave a rating for "communication".
This does not occur all the time just some of the time.
Why is the system doing that? I don't think that's fair for the Seller.

When the system does not allow you to leave DSR for "communication", it means the seller gets a "5" automatically! Sellers never complain about getting a "5".
The same applies to shipping charge if the seller offers "free shipping". Buyers cannot leave DSR for shipping charge as the seller gets a "5" automatically with "free shipping".
