I'm trying to send a message via the Resolution Center and the message
doesn't go through, I get an error message instead. I've been trying to
do this for hours......what's the problem?
Hoping you get an answer, I'm in Canada also & find the way to set
shipping costs to the US confusing & difficult......the site just
doesn't seem to accept any other shipping needs other than to
Canada......hoping you get the answer you're looking fo...
