Your best hope here is that the package is lost and you can file an insurance claim with Canada Post, because eBay won't care about or help you.

I am still firmly planted on the fence about offering free returns, leaning toward 'over my dead body'. Buyers can always just abuse the eBay Buyer Protection policy to force free returns anyways.
