I am in the process of updating the COO on all of my listings and was
curious how EIS will work when they enroll me. I only want NON-CUSMA
items to be shipped via EIS. Ideally to make things even more specific I
would only want EIS for NON-CUSMA item...
trumps IEEPA tariffs are headed to court next month and most likely will
be struck down by the end of the year. I am now curious if ebay would
then turn Canada Post labels back on for Canada to USA shipments? I know
CUSMA can't be claimed for Canada ...

program in Montreal for instance and it appears as if the shipping fee
to the USA for a small item is 2 1/2 times the rate I get through

Does anybody know what date in October the EIS program will rollout or
which shipping carrier ebay will use? I am going to go out on a limb and

I used to use Canada Post calculated shipping for everything both
domestically and internationally (including USA) but obviously now I
can't for USA because ebay pulled it as an option. I now use ChitChats
for USA only and list "Standard shipping" an...
It is 100% worth it if you sell CUSMA items especially if they are items
you restock. I registered all of mine with chitchats and sell duty free
into the usa on most of my items. Theres a small brokerage charge per
package but nothing crazy.

I hope if enough of us are loud enough chitchats can get integrated with
ebay Canada so we can have access to calculated shipping rates and
remove the annoying blue banner on our listings, particularly CUSMA
listings
It really is a shame that they are taking a giant sweeping brush to this
issue. I went through the trouble of CUSMA registering my items to avoid
tariffs and now im basically being told to keep the misleading banner or
accept DOUBLE the shipping cost...
