So I finally found my refunded money, and I'm trying to use it, however it won't let me pay for an item with it. I have an item "back-ordered?" that I committed to buying, and I can't seem pay for it with any of my cards?! Help please?

I didn't receive my full refund after my case was closed.

Hi. I was told I was refunded for my eBay item, but the amount doesn't appear on my gift card. I think I may have been refunded on the wrong card number. I may have discarded the card, so I cannot access the funds from my refund. Any way to fix?
