Zonos : Cusma cannot be claimed for postal shipments

I have a car parts that is from a car assembled in Canada and I was surprised to see that 35% was applied to ship it.I thought it would be covered by CUSMA but the message shows as such: Cusma cannot be claimed for post shipment.

How many details(photos, ebay numbers etc) should you include in Zonos app.
